The Psychology of Inner Perception, Zhineng Qigong Level 1 and 2

A Transformative Retreat with Master Zhen Qingchuan

5 – 12 July 2026 | Bad Zwischenahn, Germany

What happens when the mind stops searching outside itself and begins to look inward – for self-healing, awakening to one’s true potential, new solutions, new inspiration, refreshed mind-set, emotional balance and new beginnings?

According to Master Zhen Qingchuan, this is where true transformation begins.

This July, participants from around the world will gather in the peaceful town of Bad Zwischenahn in Northern Germany for an immersive Zhineng Qigong retreat exploring The Psychology of Inner Perception — a profound system of inner observation, healing, and consciousness development rooted in Zhineng Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine and put it into practice with the Zhineng Qigong Level 1 and 2 meditative movements.

Led by Master Zhen Qingchuan from China, this retreat offers a rare opportunity to study directly with a teacher who has dedicated more than 25 years to healing, teaching, and preserving the original teachings of Grandmaster Dr. Pang Ming.

A Retreat About Going Within

In modern life, the mind is often directed outward — toward stress, stimulation, distractions, expectations, and constant mental activity. Yet many emotional and psychological struggles cannot be resolved externally alone.

The Psychology of Inner Perception and Zhineng Qigong practices offer another approach.

Rather than analyzing life only through thoughts and concepts, this system teaches participants how to directly observe their internal mental and emotional state from within and practice meditative movements to strengthen the transformation from within.

As the mind becomes quieter and more refined, awareness deepens. Emotional patterns, internal tension, and energetic imbalances can begin to dissolve naturally through perception itself.

As Master Zhen explains:

“When the mind starts to perceive its own self instead of speculating on the outside world, the world becomes self-aware. When the mind withdraws into itself, the subject and object of perception are unified. Your True Self can shine through and you are no longer a slave of character and emotions but their master.”

This process is not only philosophical — it is deeply practical and applied by profound and effective Qigong methods.

Participants learn how to:

  • Cultivate deeper connection between mind, body, and Qi
  • Increase awareness of thoughts, emotions, and behavioural patterns
  • Strengthen focus, clarity, and emotional balance
  • Restore inner stability and mental energy
  • Support self-healing from within
  • Practice selected methods of Zhineng Qigong Level 1 and 2 e.g. Hold Qi Up Pour Qi Down method, Body & Mind Method and Three Centers Merge meditation to strengten this regained inner perception of one’s own health and well-being

The Healing Power of Zhineng Qigong

At the foundation of this retreat is Zhineng Qigong — a holistic healing system developed by Dr. Pang Ming that integrates movement, consciousness, meditation, and Qi cultivation.

Unlike exercise systems focused only on the physical body, Zhineng Qigong works simultaneously with:

  • The body
  • The nervous system
  • Emotional states
  • Consciousness
  • Internal Qi flow
  • Connecting, integrating, harmonizing with the Qi field of nature and the universe

Gentle movements, meditative awareness, and focused intention are combined to activate and harmonize Qi throughout the body.

Participants will explore:

  • Guided psychology of inner perception meditations
  • Zhineng Qigong Level 1 practices
  • The Body & Mind Method (Zhineng Qigong Level 2)
  • Meditation and consciousness training
  • Improvement internal Qi flow through one’s meridians and body Qi pahways
  • Mental and Emotional transformation through Shen (mind-consciousness)
  • Deep relaxation and rejuvenation practices

The exercises are accessible for both beginners and experienced practitioners and can easily be integrated into daily life.

Learning from a Master Teacher

Master Zhen Qingchuan trained extensively at the renowned Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Training & Recovery Center in China — internationally known as the world’s first “medicine-less hospital.”

Under the direct guidance of Dr. Pang Ming, Master Zhen supported the healing journeys of hundreds of people, including individuals experiencing chronic, mental, and terminal illnesses.

Today, he teaches internationally across China, Europe, Australia, Sri Lanka, South America, and Malaysia, sharing Zhineng Qigong in its original and authentic form.

Understanding the Inner World

One of the core principles explored during the retreat is the relationship between Qi, body, emotions, and consciousness.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine and Zhineng Qigong, emotions are not seen as separate from the body. Emotional patterns influence the organs, nervous system, and energy flow. Likewise, internal energetic imbalance can affect mental and emotional wellbeing.

The retreat explores how Shen — the refined consciousness aspect of Qi — can gradually transform emotional and character patterns from within.

As awareness deepens:

  • stress softens, can be released and disappear
  • the mind becomes more focussed, stable and clearer
  • emotional reactions lose intensity and evolve into an inner state of joy, calm, peace and content from deep within
  • perception changes, new solutions and ideas evolve
  • inner vitality and physcial fitness strengthens

This process is referred to as discovery and recovery — discovering the inner imprints left by past experiences and allowing them to dissolve through conscious perception.

Returning to the Self

At its core, this retreat is about remembering something essential.

Beneath stress, conditioning, emotional patterns, and mental noise, there is a deeper level of awareness that is naturally clear, stable, and connected.

The Psychology of Inner Perception and Zhineng Qigong Level 1 and 2 are an invitation to reconnect with that inner space — not through force or analysis, but through direct experience and thus enhance holistic health and well-being from within.

Sometimes self-healing and self-cultivation begins not by adding more, but by becoming quiet enough to truly perceive ourselves from within.
